The Galaxy finds his voice on new release ‘Bulletproof’
Pulling together processed pop vocals and on-trend harmonies – all of his own doing as he steps up to the mic and lays down lyrics upon production for the first time – and skippy synth beats with the hop, skip and jump of dancing in zero gravity, The Galaxy, now firing on all cylinders as a solo act, brings to you the strength of new single ‘Bulletproof’.
‘Bulletproof’ transmits a love song from another dimension, sharp angles working in harmony with soft focus in search of Balearic romance. Braced for making just as big an impact as its two popular predecessors, it comes off the back of The Galaxy’s Be Yourself track ‘Hero’, a certified, countrywide dance smash, with the self-titled follow-up making a similar impression to the tune of over a million streams on Spotify.
In its previous two-pronged guise formed in 2015, The Galaxy enjoyed a fruitful partnership with the Barong Family record label, owned by Mad Decent/Roc Nation noisemakers Yellow Claw, with whom The Galaxy would later remix and collaborate. Quickly picking up the pace, including teaming with artists as diverse as Cesqeaux and Lil Debbie, The Galaxy would stop by headline festivals Tomorrowland and Mysteryland while packing multiple European dates into their schedule, leading to becoming regular visitors across Asia.
Also chipping in with releases on Be Yourself imprint Big & Dirty, and now a singular entity with microphone plugged in, The Galaxy literally has the world at his feet.
